What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with customers and creating positive first impressions
- Building strong customer relationships through excellent communication
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or services
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Supporting sales activities and contributing towards team targets
- Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Promoting products, services, and current campaigns
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives
