I am​ urgently seeking a Work From Home – Phone Sales Representative. In this role, you will call leads up regarding their quote, you will also answer incoming calls from potential customers. You will aim for a booking by taking a deposit from the customer or by sending a booking link. You will also take calls if anyone rings on your work number, assisting them with inquiries and providing information about our moving services. Your contributions will help ensure that each customer has a positive experience throughout their moving journey.

Responsibilities

• Returning calls from potential customers.
• Calling leads up for bookings.
• Provide detailed information about pricing, availability, and service options.
• Assist customers with scheduling their moves and answering any questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our system.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in phone sales and customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping customers.

Schedule:

• Flexitime
• Monday to Sunday.

Pay: £16,800.00-£33,600.00 per year
