CRM Manager (12 Month FTC)

Surrey (Hybrid – 1 day onsite)
£51,500 – £57,500

I am recruiting for a CRM Manager to join a high-growth, DTC health and wellness business with a strong subscription model and continued year-on-year growth.

This is a key role within the Growth Marketing team, focused on driving retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value through CRM and life cycle marketing.

The Role

• Own and deliver CRM and life cycle campaigns across email (and wider channels)
• Manage key customer journeys including onboarding, replenishment, upsell, and reactivation
• Drive retention, subscription performance and repeat revenue
• Build and optimise segmentation and test-and-learn strategies
• Analyse performance and use insights to improve engagement and LTV
• Manage and develop a CRM Executive
• Work cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Data, and external partners

What They’re Looking For

• 5+ year’s experience in CRM or life cycle marketing
• Strong experience with Klaviyo (essential)
• Background in DTC, ecommerce, or subscription-led businesses
• Strong analytical and segmentation skills
• Experience owning CRM campaigns and automation
• Previous line management experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
