Job Title: Title Checker/Technical Conveyancer
Location: Remote
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Role Summary:
An experienced Conveyancer is required to join a busy Title Checking Team. You’ll be responsible for checking Freehold, Leasehold, and New Build titles, raising enquiries, reporting on title, and supporting live conveyancing teams with technical matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Title checking across Freehold, Leasehold, and New Build matters
• Raising enquiries and reporting on title
• Reviewing searches, mortgage offers, and management packs
• Supporting conveyancing teams with complex transactions
Requirements:
• Strong conveyancing and title checking experience
• Experience handling Leasehold and New Build files
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
