As a family-run business with traditional values and a modern approach, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse range of residential construction projects, with a strong focus on specialist disabled adaptations, bespoke new builds, and refurbishment works.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring every project is delivered professionally, safely, on time, and to the highest possible standards — while maintaining the personal, client-focused service that defines Glebe Construction.

You will be required to visit our multiple sites across Yorkshire, the Midlands and sometimes further afield.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure all works are completed in line with Glebe Construction’s high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and customer care.
• Monitor project progress, proactively resolving issues and adjusting resources where necessary to maintain programme targets.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, including progress reports, variations, and client communications.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Support a collaborative, positive working culture across site teams and office staff.
• Ensure projects are delivered with minimal disruption to clients, maintaining clean, organised, and professional sites at all times.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within the residential construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, materials, and health & safety legislation.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a professional and personable approach.
• Experience working within specialist adaptation, healthcare, or disability-focused projects would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard project management software.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and pride in delivering exceptional results.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

A mixture of office based working and visiting our sites predominantly across Yorkshire and the Midlands, sometimes further afield.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
