About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to join our growing healthcare team.

You will be working across supported living services, residential homes, and care settings, supporting individuals with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health, and complex care.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting service users with daily living activities
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Assisting with personal care (where required)
• Supporting individuals with mental health or learning disabilities
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK care/support experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate and reliable approach

Desirable (Not Essential)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience in supported living or mental health settings
• Up-to-date mandatory training
