Care Assistant (Days) – £13.45 per hour
Location: Ashgill Care Home, North Glasgow
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Ashgill Care Home is a family owned, 60-bed care home located in North Glasgow. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established, family-owned care home that truly values its staff and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
- Help create a warm, caring atmosphere
- Support and encourage resident participation in a variety of activities to promote motivation and wellbeing
- Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a care home setting is essential
- Experience with Learning Difficulties is desired
- A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for caring for the elderly
