We are seeking an experienced Therapies Manager to support the development and delivery of our therapeutic services across the RISE pathway. Working closely with the Team Manager and Head of Psychological Services, you will help ensure clients receive safe, high-quality support, whilst also providing guidance and mentoring to volunteers, trainees and sessional counsellors. The RISE pathway is Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)-in is increased provision to the people we work alongside, as well as ensuring there is a high standard of therapeutic delivery across 1:1 work, groups and workshops. This is an exciting role that offers a high level of autonomy, scope to shape how therapy is accessed and a chance to be an important part in supporting the recovery of those accessing the pathway. You will receive guidance and supervision to support you in your role from the Head of Psychological Services.
We are looking for someone who is an experienced psychotherapist, counsellor or therapist with an interest in developing services, supporting teams and enhancing the quality of therapy that is delivered.
