We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and specialised drinks, maintaining quality standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Manage table settings and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with basic maths proficiency
• Maintain a tidy work environment and restock supplies regularly
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service
• Support team members in daily tasks to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, serving, or barista roles is desirable but not mandatory
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferred
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
• Ability to perform basic maths accurately for transactions and stock management
• Good communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
