Café Assistant/Barista job at London Full Time NEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic part-time or full-time cafe assistants / baristas to join our team.

Raw Press is a cafe and wellness brand, established 2014. Our offering comprises a range of smoothies, açai bowls, as well as an extensive grab-and-go offering including cold-pressed juices, salads, hot options, healthy snacks, coffees and speciality matcha drinks. The food is all plant-based, with a leaning towards gluten-free, refined-sugar free, raw foods and superfoods.

We provide free food, as well as regular social events, company pension scheme and bike scheme. We have a strong company culture and a close-knit team, and the cafe is bright and sunny!

On a practical level, you will need to be great with people, able to work the till, re-stock food and drink displays, serve coffees and teas and make several dishes to order including bowls. Generally staff rotate between all positions (barista / till / smoothies & bowls), depending on the shift. Training is provided.

Hospitality experience of at least 1 year preferred, and barista experience is particularly attractive. Please provide cover letter and CV.

Pay is £13.00per hour plus holiday pay and a performance-based bonus if certain sales levels are hit. Although there is no guaranteed minimum bonus, the team indicatively targets roughly £1-2/per hour depending on the time of year and success of the business.
