Duties

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client requirements.
• Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives for senior management.

Skills

• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within relevant industries.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
