What We Offer

?? Salary: £12,652 rising to £12,917 per year (full time equivalent £25,304 – £25,835)

??? Permanent, Part Time 18.5 hours per week (5 days per week, working times to be agreed), 52 weeks per year

What You’ll Do

• Support students through bursary and funding applications
• Help remove financial barriers that could impact college success
• Provide accurate advice with empathy, confidentiality and care
• Keep records organised and ensure funding processes run smoothly

What You’ll Bring

• Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above (GCSE A-C/9-4)
• Strong administration or customer-focused experience
• Great communication skills and a supportive approach
• Ability to stay organised and handle sensitive information
• A passion for helping people reach their potential
