Job Summary
A Building Labourer supports construction projects by carrying out general site duties, assisting tradespeople, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment, and helping with the movement of materials and equipment. The role requires reliability and the ability to follow instructions and health & safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled tradespeople on site
- Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Preparing and clearing construction sites
- Operating basic hand and power tools safely
- Following site health and safety regulations
- Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
- Removing waste and disposing of materials correctly
- Carrying out other general labouring duties as required
Requirements
- Previous construction or labouring experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence beneficial but not essential

Pay: £12.71-£12.91 per hour
