Casual Front of House Staff – Haystack
Location: Brynhyfryd
Hours: As required, flexible shifts – part time (potential for full time available)
About Us:
Haystack is a welcoming and vibrant space known for serving great coffee, honest food, and warm hospitality. We’re building a reliable team of casual front of house staff who can step in as needed to support our core team during busy periods, events, or staff holidays.
The Role:
We’re looking for friendly, proactive individuals to join our bank of casual staff. This is a flexible part time role, Shifts will vary and are not guaranteed, but you’ll be part of our go-to pool when we need an extra pair of hands.
You’ll be:
- Greeting and serving customers with warmth and efficiency
- Taking orders, running food and drinks, and keeping the space tidy
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the front of house
- A team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed
You’ll need:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and a calm approach under pressure
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential
- Availability at short notice (ideally including weekends)
