We’re expanding rapidly and looking for appointment setters to join our lean, ambitious team.

THE ROLE

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the voice of Foundry Web Co, managing outbound calls to qualified prospects in the construction and trades sector. Your primary responsibility is to book discovery calls between our sales team and business owners who need web solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to targeted construction and trades businesses
• Follow a proven, structured calling script (provided and trained)
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers
• Update and maintain our CRM system with call outcomes
• Handle common objections professionally using provided frameworks
• Meet daily call targets and appointment-setting goals
• Provide feedback on script performance and prospect feedback

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Consistently booking qualified appointments
• Building rapport and overcoming objections
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Hitting or exceeding weekly targets

PAYMENT STRUCTURE

We operate on a pure commission model with built-in progression:

BASE COMMISSION

• £100 per successful payment received

EARNINGS EXAMPLES

1 DEAL PER DAY (5 days/week)

• 5 appointments per week × £100 = £500/week
• 20 appointments per month × £100 = £2,000/month

2 DEALS PER DAY (5 days/week)

• 10 appointments per week × £100 = £1,000/week
• 40 appointments per month × £100 = £4,000/month

3 DEALS PER DAY (5 days/week)

• 15 appointments per week × £100 = £1,500/week
• 60 appointments per month × £100 = £6,000/month
