Sapphire Signs is looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our busy Contracts and Installations departments. Based at our head office in Hull, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established signage business delivering high-quality signage projects for many blue chip clients across the UK.
About the Role
The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to help keep our projects running smoothly. The role will involve coordinating paperwork, updating internal systems, liaising with internal teams and customers, and helping ensure projects are organised, accurate and on schedule.
This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic role that combines organisational responsibilities with opportunities for professional growth. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to support our team in achieving operational excellence.

The salary is based upon the National Living Wage. This may be negotiable and will be commensurate to qualifications and experience.
Exact hours and holiday entitlement to be agreed, but you will be expected to work for 37 hours per week in a full-time position. Part time working hours may be considered for the right candidate (salary will be pro-rata).
