Administration Assistant job at Dunfermline Full Time NEW

We require an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our busy office administration team. The position is for 30 hours (permanent contract). Days/hours/salary, to be confirmed. You must project a positive and friendly image to both colleagues and patients. The role involves a wide range of administrative and IT duties and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You should demonstrate competence in the following areas:

• Ability to work in a high pressured environment
• Ability to use initiative and lateral thinking
• Mature and positive attitude to work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Ability to multitask
• Being able to follow processes, procedure and respect confidentiality at all times.
