Environment: A busy office, which is relaxed and supportive
About the role: Alternative Energy is recruiting for an organised and proactive person to join our team. Weβre looking for someone to help with our accounts and admin, providing support for our office manager and directors as required. The role is based in our modern office in Dromore, Co. Tyrone. Youβll be reporting directly to the office manager.
Experience: Minimum 2 yearsβ recent experience in an admin role within an office
Skills: Strong IT skills, with proficient use of Microsoft products
Software: Prior experience with Pipedrive and/or Xero is desirable, however training will be provided
People skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. A friendly, approachable person whoβs comfortable working within a lively office environment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
