Administrative Assistant
2x Posts – 18hrs (2x 0.5 WTE)
Fixed Term for 6 months
Band 2 (£26,696 – £28,988) per annum
An opportunity to join the team providing Health Records admin support for patients within Astley Ainsley Hospital
Vacancy based at the Astley Ainsley Hospital, Psychology department, Monday to Thursday evenings with hours to be agreed with the line manager.
Applicants should be able to cope in a busy environment, have excellent interpersonal, good organisational, and competent keyboard skills.

As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
