Business Development – Commission Only job at London Full Time NEW

About the Opportunity

Aspire Offshore is a fast-growing UK company helping businesses (particularly accounting firms, professional services, property, and construction) reduce staffing costs by 55–70% using dedicated offshore talent.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development Manager to join us on a commission-only basis. This is a high-reward role for someone who is confident prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals.

Commission Structure:

• Upfront payment made when a client placement goes live
• Ongoing recurring monthly commission on every active seat placed
• You earn from Month 1 of the client relationship
• No commission cap

Realistic Earnings:

• Year 1 OTE: £80,000 – £100,000+ (for consistent performers)
• Strong Performers (Year 2+): £110,000 – £150,000+ is realistic

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prospecting and closing deals with UK business owners and directors
• Running consultative sales calls and building pipelines
• Self-generated opportunities
• Managing the full sales cycle (from first contact to signed agreement)
• Adapting and improving your sales approach as you learn what works best

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales track record (ideally selling services to SMEs or professional services firms)
• Strong closer with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work with minimal hand-holding
• Experience with longer sales cycles and building trust with senior decision-makers
• Ambitious — you want to earn serious money and are comfortable with commission-only
