Sales Executive (Part-Time, Remote, Flexible) job at Remote Full Time

About Us:
Generation Fitness runs fun, interactive exercise classes in care homes across the UK. We currently deliver classes in over 50 care homes and are looking for an experienced salesperson to help us expand into new homes.

This is a flexible role, ideal for someone with strong sales skills who is confident building relationships over the phone and closing new partnerships.

The Role:
Your role will be to introduce Generation Fitness to care homes, arrange taster sessions, and convert interested homes into ongoing clients.

Many homes are already receptive to activities that improve resident wellbeing, so this role focuses on relationship based selling rather than hard sales.

Responsibilities:

• Contact care homes via phone and email.
• Speak with care home managers and activity coordinators.
• Introduce Generation Fitness and explain the benefits of our sessions.
• Arrange taster sessions.
• Follow up with homes after taster sessions.
• Convert interested homes into regular clients.

Pay Structure

This role includes:

• A monthly retainer based on 8 hours per week at £12.71 per hour
• Plus commission on new care homes signed

Due to the nature of contacting care homes and working around busy periods such as meal times, these hours are ideally split across at least two working days per week rather than completed in one day.

Commission Structure:

You will earn 20% of the revenue from the first 3 months of classes for every care home that signs up through you. Typical examples:

• Monthly classes: approx. £30 commission
• Fortnightly classes: approx. £60 commission
• Weekly classes: approx. £120 commission

Opportunities to bring on new homes will arise as we expand into new areas and take on additional instructors. As the business grows, there will be further chances to generate commission through new partnerships.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (phone-based or relationship sales preferred).
• Confident speaking with decision makers.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
