Full job description
We are looking for an experienced Airbnb & serviced accommodation Virtual Assistant to join our growing short-let management company.
This is not just a basic admin role — we are looking for someone who understands the Airbnb industry deeply and wants to grow with the business long-term.
Responsibilities
- Managing guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com & direct bookings
- Handling enquiries and converting bookings
- Managing calendars and channel managers
- Working with systems such as SuiteOp, Uplisting and OTA platforms
- Managing deposits, damage claims and guest issues
- Listing optimisation (titles, descriptions, pricing support, photos, amenities etc.)
- Coordinating with cleaners and maintenance teams
- Monitoring check-ins/check-outs
- Assisting with occupancy growth and operational improvements
- Supporting contractor/corporate accommodation bookings
- Reporting issues quickly and professionally
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Airbnb/short-let VA or property management
- Strong understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com and channel managers
- Experience using systems such as SuiteOp, Guesty, Uplisting, Hostaway or similar
- Excellent written English and guest communication
- Problem-solving mindset
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Long-term mindset and willing to grow with the company
Bonus Skills
- Pricing optimisation experience
- Knowledge of direct booking systems
- Experience with contractor accommodation
- Experience handling damage claims and deposit captures
- Social media or listing content experience

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,127.24 per year
