We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Experience Host to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and guide them through their experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Provide information about products, ensuring visitors feel valued and informed
• Assist with basic mechanical or technical issues, applying technical knowledge when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and surrounding spaces
• Support the team in setting up displays or demonstrations as required
• Address visitor questions promptly and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel
• Collect feedback from visitors to help improve overall experience and service quality

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
• Organised, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and visitor needs
