Freelance Clinic Coordinator – Aesthetics Training
Location: London | Weekends Only | Freelance
Pay: £100–£120 per day

Acquisition Aesthetics is one of the UK’s leading aesthetics training academies. Our faculty is made up of some of the best doctors, dentists and nurses in the industry, delivering world-class training to aesthetic practitioners across the country.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and clinically-minded Clinic Coordinator to support our London training courses at weekends. This is a fully flexible freelance role — you choose the dates that suit you, making it ideal as a secondary income alongside your existing commitments.
This is not a clinical or injecting role. It’s all about keeping the day running smoothly and making sure our trainers, delegates and patients have a great experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting trainers (aestheticians) throughout the course day
- Coordinating delegates (learners) and ensuring a smooth delegate journey
- Assisting with patient coordination and care
- Taking payments
- Taking photos and supporting content capture on the day
- General clinic setup and coordination
What We’re Looking For
- A dental nurse, clinical nurse or someone with hands-on clinical support experience
- Friendly, organised and professional with a positive can-do attitude
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical training environment
- Reliable and presentable
- An interest in aesthetics is a bonus but not essential
