BlueRonin is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage financial records, maintain accurate accounts, and support daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of bookkeeping procedures, and the ability to handle confidential financial information with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Record daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare invoices, receipts, and expense reports
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Monitor budgets and track company expenses
Prepare financial documents for audits and tax preparation
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial regulations
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or similar role
Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent mathematical and data entry abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience with payroll processing
Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
