Full job description
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our team! We pride ourselves on being a close knit team and creating a warm, positive experience for every customer.
You will help deliver excellent customer service, prepare food and drinks and maintain our cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking food/ drink orders
- Operating the till and processing payments
- Preparing hot and cold beverages
- Serving food and handling takeaway orders
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store
- Restocking supplies
- Following food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Assisting in the kitchen with hot food preparation
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Basic food hygiene knowledge
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts
- Friendly and positive attitude
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Work Location: In person
