Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
– Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
– Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks.
– Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively.
– Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required.
– Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
– Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Skills
– Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
– Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites.
– Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
– Good communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and supervisors.
– Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the role.
– Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
