Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
- Perform general labour tasks including loading and unloading materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their duties as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations
- Operate basic machinery and tools as needed, following proper safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team goals
- Participate in site clean-up and organisation of materials
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
