Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person, providing excellent customer support and client services
• Assist customers with the signup process using effective communication and sales techniques
• Manage data entry using POS system
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales for analysis and reporting purposes
• Build rapport with clients and resolve issues promptly
• Support team efforts by collaborating on sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and client outreach strategies is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• No experience required as coaching is provided plus a personal mentor
