Job Title: Regional Furniture Sales Manager (Greater Manchester)
Location: Stockport, Stretford + New Store
Pay: OTE £42,000 – £50,000 (Base salary + commission)
Working Hours: Full-time
Position Overview
Commission & bonuses paid out the SAME MONTH! Yep you heard that right, not the typical 2-4 month wait you get in most furniture sales roles, we reward you for your hard work straight away.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced sales leader to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the performance of no more than 3 stores. We expect a sharp salesman with furniture selling pedigree, as how else can you recruit, train and manage 3 teams of furniture sales teams!
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting High Quality Sales Talent
- Training New Starters
- Developing Sales Skills of Existing Teams
- Ensuring high store standards in your region
- Ensuring you sell at least £40,000 a month
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 year of furniture sales experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiastic and eager to be part of a young growing company.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
