Sales Assistant (Entry level) – No Experience Required

Full Training Provided | Cardiff

We’re looking for confident, motivated individuals to join our growing Cardiff-based sales team, working on door-to-door residential campaigns. You’ll represent our brands directly with customers, delivering a professional service while building long-term relationships.

No previous sales experience is required — full customer service training, daily coaching, and ongoing support are provided from day one.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers face-to-face in residential areas

* Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

* Promote products and services clearly and professionally

* Handle customer questions and feedback with confidence

* Accurately record customer interactions and outcomes

* Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets

* Attend regular training and development sessions

* Commute daily to our Cardiff office
