Duties

• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve individual and store targets, fostering a high-performance environment
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to optimise revenue and customer engagement
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
• Monitor daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
• Organise merchandising displays to maximise visual appeal and promote key products
• Manage stock levels, organise inventories, and coordinate with suppliers as necessary
• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and recognise outstanding performance
• Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Ensure the team maintains high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and safety within the store

Qualifications

• Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales environments
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
• Demonstrable experience in sales management, merchandising, and organisational tasks
• Proficient in administrative duties including reporting, stock control, and scheduling
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Professional demeanour with good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred
