Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to 80-100 working professionals or prospective customer daily, promoting our and our partner’s product/services.
Identify and generate prospects by understanding their upskilling needs based on their interests.
Provide comprehensive information about our products/services through phone or video calls, building a robust pipeline.
Meet daily deliverables and achieve weekly enrolment targets.
Ensure a positive experience for every prospective client and customer.
Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.
Must-Have Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Own laptop and cell phone required.
Fluent in English and other languages.
Benefits:
The role is self-employed .
Commission only on target earnings of 40k
Competitive basic salary with high commission and a full-time opportunity will be available, after achieving targets for three months and meeting additional conditions.
Comprehensive training provided to set you up for success. However, If your current skills set does not fully align with the role requirements, you may be required to complete a self-funded training course to bridge the gap.
