The Role

Your job is to turn enquiries into committed patients.

You’ll speak with people considering high-value dental treatment and guide them through the process with confidence, clarity, and urgency.

You will:

• Build trust quickly
• Handle objections naturally
• Follow up consistently
• Keep leads moving
• Deliver a premium experience from first contact to booking

This is not a passive admin role.

You are directly responsible for driving growth.

What You’ll Be DoingSales & Conversion

• Convert inbound leads into consultations and treatment bookings
• Increase conversion rates across the patient journey
• Present treatment options and finance confidently
• Follow up leads relentlessly until a decision is made

Communication

• Make patients feel understood and certain
• Build strong relationships quickly
• Create confidence and excitement around treatment

Performance

• Hit KPIs consistently
• Track performance daily
• Improve conversion numbers week after week

Teamwork

• Work closely with clinicians and front-of-house
• Keep communication fast, clear, and organised
• Help create a smooth patient experience at every stage
