Care Navigator/Receptionist job at Romford Full Time NEW

Modern Medical Centre is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated individual to join our busy Reception/Admin team on a part-time basis.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient front-line service to patients and visitors, as well as supporting the wider administration team within a busy GP practice environment.

Previous experience working within a reception or administrative role would be beneficial, particularly experience using computer systems and working as part of a team. Knowledge of the EMIS clinical system would be advantageous, although not essential. Experience working with members of the public is also desirable.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is organised and able to work well under pressure
• Can adapt to the changing and sometimes challenging demands of a busy reception environment
• Works well as part of a team
• Is professional, compassionate and patient-focused

This role may particularly suit someone returning to work who is looking for a part-time position within their local area. Due to the nature of the role, flexibility to provide short-notice cover for colleagues would be appreciated.
