Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. Duties

• Manage and record all financial transactions using recognised accounting software – Xero.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain organised financial records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Run payroll processing and employee expense claims.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required by management.
• Support year-end closing procedures and liaise with external auditors when necessary.

Skills

• Proven experience with accounting software such as Xero.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,929.00 per year
