What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential developments
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and regulations
- Liaising with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors
- Overseeing maintenance works and service contracts
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets
- Conducting site visits and ensuring properties are well maintained
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Block Manager or in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of leasehold property legislation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple developments effectively
- Confident and professional approach when dealing with clients
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
