Cradley Care Services is committed to providing Live-In Care and Domiciliary care to clients in the West Midlands and Warwickshire area. They provide their clients and their families with the highest quality of care and support adopting a holistic approach to best support their clients’ needs.
Every client receives a face-to-face assessment with a trained care assessor and from this, a bespoke, comprehensive person-centred care plan will be produced along with risk assessments and special needs.

Domiciliary care allows our clients to retain their independence in their own homes, allowing them to live the life they choose with the support required.
Your role as a Domiciliary carer is to provide our clients with a high quality of care according to their care plan and risk assessments. Your main duties may include:
·Cooking
·Laundry
·Light household duties
·Personal care
·Medication
·Manual handling
As a domiciliary care worker, you will be an essential part of their daily routine and the person you are assisting is relying on you to maintain their independence.
Am I the right person for this Domiciliary Carer job?
We are looking for conscientious, dedicated individuals to join our team
Full Clean UK drivers’ licence is preferred but not essential.
Own vehicle preferable but not essential.
Bank account in the UK
A minimum of 1-year experience is preferable but not essential
Good communication skills
Written and spoken English to an intermediate level
Have the right to work in the UK
