Northbridge Healthcare is actively recruiting overseas candidates for fully sponsored healthcare positions in London and surrounding areas.
What We Offer:

- Competitive Salary:
- London: £26,000 – £30,000 per year
- Outside London: £23,000 – £27,000 per year
- Guaranteed hours with regular shifts
- Full training and clear career progression (Senior roles, Team Leader, etc.)
One-time Application & Processing Fee: £399
(This covers sponsorship administration, visa paperwork and onboarding support)
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months care experience (preferred but training provided for strong candidates)
- Compassionate, reliable and committed
- Good English language skills (IELTS 4.0 or equivalent may be required)
