About Us

Henley Build is an established residential construction company delivering high-quality extensions, refurbishments and new-build homes across London, Surrey, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

We work closely with architects, designers and private clients on projects typically ranging from £100,000 to £1 million+, and pride ourselves on our professional approach, strong communication and attention to detail.

We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive individual to help us grow our network of architects, designers and clients while supporting our marketing and business development activities.

The Role

This is a varied role combining business development, marketing and administration.

You will help ensure Henley Build remains visible to architects and design professionals while maintaining an organised pipeline of opportunities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating our architect and client database
• Contacting new architects and designers by telephone
• Following up newsletters and marketing campaigns
• Booking meetings for the Managing Director
• Researching potential project opportunities
• Managing and updating CRM records
• Assisting with LinkedIn and Instagram activity
• Preparing and distributing newsletters
• Gathering testimonials and project case studies
• Producing simple reports on business development activity
• Supporting general marketing initiatives

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Friendly and confident on the telephone
• Able to work towards targets
• Well organised and self-motivated
• Comfortable speaking with architects, designers and property professionals
• Experienced in administration, marketing or business development
• Competent with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Able to work independently and manage their own workload

Experience within construction or property is important.
