About Xyla & Our Future Health
Xyla is a national elective care delivery partner providing high‑quality clinical services and operational support to the NHS. We also work in collaboration with organisations such as Our Future Health, a registered charity partnering with the NHS to deliver the UK’s largest ever health research programme.
Our Future Health aims to help people live healthier lives for longer by enabling the discovery and testing of more effective ways to prevent, detect, and treat major conditions including cancer, dementia, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, and stroke.
About the Role
We are recruiting motivated and skilled Health Care Support Workers (HCSWs) to support delivery of the Our Future Health programme.
This is a key clinical and operational role within mobile clinic settings, focused on delivering a safe, efficient, and participant‑centred service. You will be responsible for completing a standardised set of clinical assessments, supporting participant flow, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and contributing to the collection of high‑quality data essential to this nationally significant research programme.
Working closely with the Service Delivery Lead (SDL) and wider clinical team, the HCSW plays a vital role in upholding service quality, supporting daily operations, and ensuring an excellent participant experience.
