Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Tutor to support students across various subjects, fostering their academic growth and confidence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience working with children, including those requiring special education support. Responsibilities

• Provide personalised tutoring sessions to students in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
• Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development to enhance their understanding and performance.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
• Assess student progress regularly and communicate feedback to parents or guardians as appropriate.
• Develop customised lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student requirements.
• Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners.
• Knowledge of special education strategies is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently.
• Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student development.
• Organised, reliable, and able to adapt teaching approaches to diverse learning styles.
