Support Worker – Supported Accommodation (16–18‑Year‑Olds)

£23,145–£26,469 a year (Depends On Experience)
INT Hub Ltd is looking for caring, reliable Support Workers to support young people aged 16–18 as they prepare for independence. You’ll help them build life skills, stay safe, and work towards their goals in a stable supported accommodation setting.
What you’ll do
- Support young people with daily living skills
- Build positive, trusting relationships
- Promote safety, wellbeing, and independence
- Complete clear records and follow safeguarding procedures
- Work as part of a rota including evenings/weekends
What we’re looking for
- Experience supporting young people or vulnerable individuals
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- Calm, professional, child‑centred approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Must be willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
