Working pattern – 40 weeks (term time plus 5 days across the year for training & development)
Working hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (Part time days available)
September Start Date!
Be the spark that helps a young person believe their future can be brighter.
Many of the children and young people we support—those with SEMH needs or SEN—have experienced difficulties that may have left them feeling disconnected or disheartened about learning. Every child deserves someone who refuses to give up on them. Could that person be you?
We’re seeking proactive, learner-focused professionals who can design and deliver tailored learning experiences that ignite curiosity, build confidence, and restore hope for young people. The young people you would be supporting access full or part time education through bespoke, child-centred programmes designed to meet individual needs.
This role focuses on delivering Functional Skills English and Maths, helping learners re-engage in education, achieve qualifications, and progress into further education, training or employment.
These programmes are often suitable for those who would find attending a large sixth form or college wouldn’t suit their needs, offering a variety of delivery styles and locations.
You’ll have the freedom to shape sessions in the way that best suits each individual learner. This is a chance to make a real, lasting impact.
