Halliday Marx have exclusively partnered with a leading global hospitality business is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to join its London-based finance team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- Produce and review management accounts, variance analysis, and performance insights
- Business partner with operational and commercial teams to drive profitability and cost control
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Manage and develop a team of 2 direct reports
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems
- Support senior leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
