Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing strategies to convert leads to clients
- Make calls/send messages to prospects and follow up for possible sign up
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Provide product/service information and guidance.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience (desirable).
