Fringe Team Member job at Edinburgh Full Time NEW

We’re hiring a fringe team member for our food stall at Assembly George Square Gardens, running through the Edinburgh festival season.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Kitchen Manager across all kitchen operations:
• Ensuring an appropriate level of prepped food for every service
• Quality control of dishes
• preparing and serving hot and cold food
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness at all times

Pay & hours: £13.75 p/h, 48 hours per week. Mid-July start until 2nd September 2026. Must be available for the full run.

Experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred but not required. CV’s with a cover letter will get preference
