About the Role
As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of the business, engaging with customers, answering enquiries, building rapport, and helping customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
You’ll play a key role in creating positive customer experiences while supporting business growth through customer engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional customer service and support
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions
- Handling enquiries and resolving customer concerns professionally
- Promoting products, services, and current campaigns
- Supporting customer acquisition and retention activities
