A Vagabond FOH Team Member is someone who never has enough space for food in their fridge because it’s so loaded with wine, they’ve got their priorities right. Our ideal FOH Team Member is a party starter, a knowledge dropper, a proactive service legend who is always on the hunt for that magic moment to make a guests visit special.
Guiding people round the wine machines, serving tables, taking pride in their venue, our Team Members make the rest of the service industry look like something you don’t want to step in.

Every successful Team Member candidate will have the opportunity to take WSET Levels 1 & 2 in the course of their training, totally funded by us, and our highly developed training platform helps ensure you are always learning and developing new skills.
Role responsibilities:
- Interacting with & guiding our guests
- Serving drinks & food to tables
- Advising and upselling on our products
- Clearing tables and keeping the venue clean
- Entertaining both guests and other team members
- Maintaining our machines and ensuring smooth service throughout
- Being a total legend
