Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our team, supporting a variety of construction, gardening, and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting with landscape maintenance, site preparation, and general labour tasks. Responsibilities

• Assisting with landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, and lawn care
• Operating hand tools such as spades, rakes, and shovels to prepare sites for construction or landscaping projects
• Using power tools and equipment safely and effectively during various tasks
• Supporting excavation activities with excavators and other machinery as needed
• Installing and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution
• Performing general site maintenance including cleaning, organising materials, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Assisting with construction tasks such as material handling, site clearing, and groundwork preparation
• Conducting routine inspections of equipment and reporting any maintenance issues
• Supporting team members in completing projects efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards

Experience

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment is advantageous
• Experience operating excavators or other heavy machinery is a plus
• Basic understanding of irrigation systems and general site maintenance practices is beneficial
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments
• Physical fitness suitable for manual labour tasks involving lifting, digging, and prolonged periods of standing
